we all need to be careful when we agree to Terms of Service on any internet services.
especially when we pay for something.
more often that not, we agree to "automatic" payments for renewals and this will include price increases.
often the language for a "free" service that needs CC info for ID verification includes language that you will be automatically billed when the free period runs out.
that language also includes that YOU have to search through the site, usually in your "preferences", to stop that process.
I have a free flikr and rarely use it.
mostly I use imgur, which is still free with limited file size.
