Added a wire handle to the basket and will used them for a paint stripping vat. Wire handle will make it easier to remove the bodies. I may add a magnet to the bottom to keep the bodies up out of the sludge that accumulates at the bottom. Kinda reminds me of a mini carb cleaning bucket. 82BD0EEA-CE9B-4DEE-89CC-0C431A992D5E by Bill Le, on Flickr

Cool idea, El Camino Bill. While you're at the Dollar Store. Get a few Hot Wheels too. They have great Hot Rod engines, exhausts, and surf boards for future HO builds.

Found this at dol gen yesterday. Maisto brand. May go back and grab it today. Saw those too and was tempted. Nice bunch of bodies. Some great candidates for resin casting. Only reason I didn’t jump on them was that I already have a few of those in singles.

The guy at the checkout counter asked,"buying for the grandkids? My reply was," I am the Grand Kid"

It's funny to see people's reaction when you say stuff like "No I'm buying it for my kids. But, I am my only child"

Let’s face up to it, we are probably all kids at heart. I know that I am, just ask my wife. I always check out the Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars in the supermarket toy aisle.

I finally went through my old HW collection for engines and parts. I ended up with these for future hot rod builds. Everything on the table is light weight plastic except the axles. Thanks to Hot Wheels.
