Well, got 2 ISC cars that should be very competitive in the the ISS class, or maybe IS. Don’t know why it is that I just can’t seem to coax and speed out of the 2.5 motors.
Was planning to build a Wizzard, but the replacement chassis I bought is not compatible with the motor or traction magnets that the old one has. Not familiar with the various Wiz chassis’s.
Does anyone make an in-line chassis that is user friendly?
On a positive note, one of the 4GS cars is running pretty fast. Plus, found a box stock AW 4G that did 1.006 out of the box. May be some potential there.

Let's see a picture. What's the name of the replacement chassie you got I probably have ceramic magnets for it.

Thundercats 1 and 2 are interchangeable parts. The 3 is different bulkheads that are red. Those use different magnets from the 1 and 2

Figured I'd just show you a 3.see the traction magnets they rub everything lol. For us I'd pick the 1 or 2

We run that race at 18v and we all need to be below 1.00 or we don't stand a chance. My Pinto has some issues. I don't know if it's lost it's speed or not. I will know this evening. There are so many different inline chassis and parts out there now it's crazy. That is my weak point. Really hard to police these cars for the races. That's funny with your ISC cars making good ISS or IS cars......well not funny but amusing maybe. What tooth pinion and crown are you running on them?

Bagged them up and put them away, for some future time. Will have to dig them back out for pictures. Thanks for posting pics of the Slottech Thundercats. They seem to follow the Tyco 440 design. Looks like some parts could interchange with the Wiz cars. Will those slots in the sides accept Afx style body mount clips?

Sometimes you just got to laugh at these silly things, no matter how aggravating they get. One car is running 8/20, the other 8/22

Got my grubby little hands on a Tyco motorcycle. Where do you guys mount your wheelie bars? Hardly any meat on these things, anywhere?
Are the traction magnets interchangeable with the old Magnum 440 chassis (pre X2)?

mounted my wheelie bars right behind the seat on the two indents on top of the rear panel. drilled small holes in so I could insert the wire a little and then used JBWELD. similar to JJWALLACE, see pic above

I run anywhere from a 8/21 to 8/23 but I'm not one of the fast guys.

Cars were shipped out this morning. I waited too long this time and finished tuning lastnight. My cars needed more attention and a couple need total rebuilds. The PSO Dream Crusher Mustang is not making the trip and my Inline Super Comp is a mid pack Comp car. So it is just filler. Thank you Sam for running the race! I am excited for next weekend to say the least!
