Hey guys (and gals? lol). Just looking around..ain't been here in a LONG time! Looking around and trying to decide what to do with all my stuff (some would call it junk..lol). Figuring out whether to sell it off, or keep it, or what. I got NO time to do this much anymore, between my job (takes up most of my time now) and building guitars (yep, my new 'thing'..lol). Got a lot of chassis, parts, and bodies (you old guys know who I am and the bodies). Got a lot of 'defective' bodies as well, since I don't like to throw anything away..lol. I even got two dragstrips in storage..one is a Matco tools Auto World set (no cars tho..or the box), and one is my custom built track that I never finished, complete with one of the very first Slot Dragon timing setups (was actually named after me since I helped him come up with how to build it ). Anyway..like I said..deciding what to do. Do still have some of my molds, although a lot of them have gone bad. I have a LARGE box of 'masters' though, and quite a few I've built a 'master' but never made the mold. So..I'll be here looking around for a little bit! Ron (Bondo)

Guitars and slot cars go together well. If you don't have alot of time you can always get in on the list racing. Once those are set up it's a small amount of maintenance.
This up coming race I didn't even touch my list car from last race figured I'd slow it down.
As far as your stuff = 1 vote for keep it.
Just looking in here I'm sure your feeling the fever.
As far as the molds maybe get them out to one of the casters here if they want to run something off before they are bad ?
Good to meet you. Sam/Skillet

Hey Sam. I could cast them myself, was doing that for a long time. Look at my Avatar under my user name. Also..if you go to Nitroslots page on Facebook, the pic at the top is my car and Hairy Canary (Rick), his is the white Willys, mine is the blue Cuda. I won the very first Pro Mod class race ever held. I think it was 2012. Rocky Mountain Spring Nats I believe. There's still a few guys in here that remember me I'm sure (at least I hope anyway..lol). Was a 4 gear, mean green arm, shunt wires and braids, silicone rears, body cast and painted by me too. Ran consistent.660's through the whole event, which is one reason it won. I never matched that performance again..lol. But it was fun, even if it was only one time! Nice meeting you too Sam.

Ron good to hear your still kicking. I’m thinking like Sam come race with us even if it’s a couple cars or like Sam mentioned the List racing is a blast and the same cars every race. I think there’s a big demand for resin bodies for you to sell ? It would be pretty cool having you racing with us again.

I was just saying if you have limited time come off those molds before they are shot :-)
Was you ever in the slot lodge seems I remember looking at your work before. I think model murdering had me checking your thread out.
Now your talking about casting them...hmmm. yep didn't take long for the fever ha ha. Welcome back.

Ron, have to agree, you should put together a couple cars and a TYCO motorcycle for Sam's Summer Slam!!!
