Crazy moon out this morning. The sun is behind us looking at the picture . One bright moon... Gnome had a great idea and brought the engine cart from the shop to haul wood over to the fire pit... Looks like breakfast on the grill.     |

Its the smoke from the Wild Fires in Canada, it does some crazy light refracting, that's why all the crazy colors in the sky.

Parking spots are filling up and trailers being unloaded... The Shark has been dipped into the pool and is awaiting its first victim. Word has it Sparks has now joined the Bazooka crew! News from Eric on the hot line... HairyCanary called in and had a complaint about the ALLEYRATZ sign... Yep I couldn't believe it either, until I heard what he said... "make it bigger"... I got put in charge of the SFR Hotline. My # is 800 867 5309
Sam will be kicking off the show tonight with a walk through the pits meeting the cars and racers names tonight. Maybe a couple of passes.
Still waiting on a few racers to get in. That said we may get under way tonight with Qualifying after lights out on the walk thru.
It takes a huge effort for this SFR Production of Summer Slam, calling or texting only makes it that much harder. Sam has asked please be patient and hold your calls.

Good morning race fans. Update/ Sam has just finished organizing race entries 130+ cars. This took way longer then needed.
Many of you, most of you sent your cars in unmarked. Sam needed to do that for you, not helpful. That was the bad news, the good news is entry is now complete, Sam will be posting today.
