Good afternoon everyone, I just got back from the post office having mailed off a full field of cars and both of my list cars . JJ I would like to sign up for the race, I have two for each class and list cars . I had to borrow the wife’s tablet to post my tablet is antique and will let me view but not log on. I’ve been running a mondo a with braids being the only mod on my road course and it’s a rocket it runs sixes in the 1000’ on 20 volts. Good luck everyone

OK I have picked out the next car for the Guess the ET game. This a throw back to days of old here on the forum. One of the most popular and my favorite Classes.....Mountain Motor Pro Stock @ 26v. This is Firebird is a Nitroslots road warrior Inline Comp build BSRT G3 chassis, BSRT 2.6 ohm armature, stronger motor magnets, 8/21 gears, braids, shunts, .491 silli foam rears. Timing bulkhead is advanced. The car has sat for too long. Going to dust it off....give it an oiling....and make some passes. Just like the last game, I will announce the winner next Friday. Jeff, I missed Bill's guess of 1.212 when I was posting... can we make mine 1.190 instead? My cars are on the hauler and on the way! Is that tow vehicle a Stomper 4x4? Does it have a slot car chassis now? Found a few when we were cleaning out the kids toy box. Wheelbases look perfect for slot car conversion. |

Does it have a slot car chassis now? Found a few when we were cleaning out the kids toy box. Wheelbases look perfect for slot car conversion. It is a Stomper, but that one needs some repair. Victim of my childhood mechanical experiments, lol. I have a couple of others that actually work, but that one has a trailer hitch. I never thought of putting a slot car chassis under one. I'll have to take a closer look. |
