Racers and Race Fans Dave632 just said it. Roughly 2 weeks till Raceday.....15 days to be exact! We already have several race teams in the house and the pits are going to start filling up fast. I received the Jag Hobbies Gift Certificates today!

My plan was to announce the winner of the first "Guess the ET" game this evening, but as luck would have it, I am having to work a double and will not get off till 11pm. So......it will likely be first thing tomorrow morning when I get to run the car and announce the winner. My apologies but I did not want everybody waiting around tonight for nothing.

The time has come to announce the winner of the first Guess The ET game!
These were all good guesses but only one can be the closest. The car that we are playing the first game with is a Javelin bodied Dash Mondo Chassis running at 18v. The car was brand new and had not been previously run. I broke the car down and and did a few small things and fresh oil before making runs. 3 runs were made to dial in the track (it's been sitting for awhile) and the car then it was time for the timed run.
The car ran a respectable 1.0932et.
And the winner is.............
Mazda with a guess of 1.1010et!!!
A difference of only .0078.....WOW!!
