OK..question... Today I found 2 Automotive Remote Starter Buttons for 3.50 each (pretty good price, at least I thought so! ) Yeah, I DID buy them..lol ;D These are simple remote switches, chrome metal push button/switch, red rubber 'base', red and black wires with alligator clips. Brand new, in package. My question is..do I need to do any 'modifying' to these? Add or remove anything? They are 12 volt, and look like a real 'economical' alternative to a 20 dollar controller to use as track controllers on the strip I'm building. ANY help would be appreciated, since I know VERY little about controllers and stuff on these little cars. ;D Ron (Bondo)

Ron Actually they are a great idea, and you shouldn't have to modify them. I use one at work to bump truck engines, lots of amps to crank one. might be a little slow due to the amount of throw in the button, but with practice you can find the sweet spot and shorten that up a bit. Chris
