that is very cool. A buddy in high school had one with cragars and Deep Green metallic paint. He later took it to Tijuana for a black diamond-tuck naugahyde job. Sweet

ok, June will here sooner than you think! We are at 44 entries I believe. A field of 64 would be perfectly awesome.................maximum field will be 72 cars, in order to keep the race manageable. Should we get more entries than 72 we will ask for two car entries to voluntarily pull one out, or perhaps only the better qualifier of the two will race. It will be settled and declared in plenty of time. Maybe we will get lucky and have exactly 72!! NEXT ITEM: Our prize cache is growing impressively! We will post the items soon. Suffice to say the list is much upgraded over our first event. SOOOOOOOOO GET YOUR ENTRY 'CLAIMS' MADE. These prizes are WELL worth winning, and include eternal bragging rights! Updates will be forthcoming as we near test and tune. You are NOT required to have your car at test and tune, but it is recomended and is part of the fun. You guys really did your selves proud at the GASSER NATIONALS. The cars looked great! We are considering TWO "best in Show" awards. One for best Replica of a real racecar, and then best non replica. Let us know what you think about the idea. THIS IS YOUR RACE!! Input is welcomed at all times. The group we have 'gathered' here at Psychoslots (you guys, not us) is not huge, (yet) so your voice can really have impact, on things we do, events we run, classes we consider etc. If something is lacking, point it out to us! We want to do a better job than yesterday, always. I have finally reclaimed some of my time from other projects, and will be doing a series of articles related to Stock and SuperStock cars and racing. BTW just for fun...how many Guys knew NASCAR sanctioned drag racing at one time? also, some NASCAR drivers competed in NHRA for brief periods. Richard Petty is the biggest name to do so, but there were others, and that is a tale in itself. Anyway, I'll be busy in the next few days, trying to give you guys new stuff to look at. All you guys who 'visit'. Why not log in and be a member of the Psychoslots gang? There is no down side, we don't sell our mailing list or share info. We are planning some benefits attached to the mere sign in, which will we be sharing with you guys, as we figure things out. Also, don't be shy about speaking up, or sharing pictures, info, comments................the more participation there is, the more useful PSYCHOSLOTS will be to all you racers. Seriously, NO QUESTION is to silly to ask. Sometimes we can forget that certain things have to be learned before you know them, so if any terms used , or anything at all of that nature, speak up! Any answers we dont have............and I am sure there are more than a few......we will track down the info or people we need and share with you guys.

welcome to the jungle, Bounty. Hey I broke too, but its all part of racin! Prizes are definitely better and more plentiful this go round ! we will start posting them soon.
By the way the Mead boys have some nice sSperstock material (bodies) and E bay, as Does Our own K dogs. Also the sponsors, seel complete cars and bodies. Another tip to all the guys, Many Johnny Lightning Bodies are legal too if placed on a Aurora T JET Chassis> Compared to the old days we have an embarassment of riches when it comes to bodies.
