OK gang. Here's a couple pics of some of my recent 'custom' work.
First one was an AFX off road bug body originally, this version was one of the Playing Mantis/ Tjet 'pullback' chassis. I picked it up somewhere at a dollar store a few years back, before I was really into these slot cars. Too bad ya can't find 'em at dollar stores anymore!
I converted it to a drag body, made a prostock scoop for the front and the rear spoiler/ trunk. Actually the rear HAD to be modified to make somewhere to put the mounting post, so I tried to make it look 'right' at the same time.
Whatcha think?
