I woud like to change the logo for Psycho Slots. Chris made the one for the home page that is blue and yellow. He did it so we would have one and said "feel free to change it, I was just goofing off". With that being said. If any of you guys are good with graphics and would like to design and donate a logo, we would appreciate it. If we get several in, we'll take a vote and pick the best one. Thanks!
Sam

That's Great! You Mead Bros do some awesome work! What do you guys do for a living? Gotta be something in the artistic fields.
Sam, I was thinking of getting some stickers made for hodragraceregistry.com and WDWAHO. What I've done in the past is buy the smallest quantity of vinyl bumper stickers and have two or three different logo's or messages or whatever on the same sticker and cut them with a paper cutter after they arrive. I get 4 or 5 different size stickers from one order and beat the minimum order hassle. Yeah, I can be cheap. First date with my wife was a car show and cheap hot dogs afterward. She wouldn't date me again for a year. Second date? To the drags and White Castle afterward. Didn't want to spoil her right off and we've been married 38 years now. There's a lot more to the story and it involves drag racing. I'll tell the rest of it on "Timing Slips" if anybody would want to know.

Is that Willy's original or a modified George Trosley?

Ummm, It's original artwork. I've got tons of stuff I've done over the last few years in this style. Because it's pretty time consuming work, I built a couple of different just the chassis/wheels/headers portions and then draw new bodies over it when I want something different. See example below. I did this one to caricature a couple Nostalgia Funny Car kits my brother and I make. The second image shows the process I described above. The final image is a spoof of the Topo Gasser kits I'm currently building.

Here is another example to illustrate how time consuming making these logos can be. I am working on an "airbrushed" version of an SKR 55 pro mod with flames. The smaller pics show each step involved in getting it to the unfinished state it is currently in. I put a larger pic of what I have so far so the "airbrushing" detail is easier to see.

Another example of original artwork to give an idea of how the finished "airbrushed" 55 will look. This is one is of the Mongoose 57 Chevy FC body that I built for the TJET chassis. Maybe one of these days I will "airbrush" in a chassis and finish it. Just seem to be too busy building cars and decals to do much artwork.
