Just to let everyone know that SlotCarsInc.com should be releasing their "Old School" tree within the next week or so. I will have them in my eBay store as soon as they are available. These should be a very cool and inexpensive alternative to the high priced computer systems. I know this is a drag board but they are also suppose to have their Sectional and Closed Course tracks out next week!!!! I have seen samples of this and it as nice as their dragstrips and priced just as competitively! This should be a much better then expected Christmas for us SlotHeads! I can't wait until we have these stores.ebay.com/grumpysslots

I can't wait until we have these stores.ebay.com/grumpysslotsWe ARE taking pre-orders for these trees now. They should be shipped mid to late month. Your cost is $59 each plus $8.95 for shipping. This will be the perfect tree for the entry or budget level racer. OR just someone that wants Old School typs racing. I have seen these and they're are very cool. They will also add a great deal of realism to the staging area of your track! Contact me directly at slothead2005@racelinkusa.com

I'm pretty sure they have packed it in. I still get guys wanting my help in contacting them. Just a few days ago a guy sent me a message saying he was taken for $800 back around July and was hoping I had more of a connection with these folks. I know nothing more about these guys then anybody else. I only exchanged links with them. I wish they or one of their associates that hung out here on Psycho would man up and deal with this.

How pathetic! People that do that crap should be strung up !
I am thinking of making a strip something basic does tomy track work well enough if you get the track smooth?

As you know you have a joint every 15" which is the downfall over a continuous rail track. I would say it's doable with a good base and I'd power tap it every 3' or so. Two lanes any condition and I'm there

thnxz SKR i have built a few tomy road courses and i am pretty good at getting the joints and rails smooth. plus i def can solder some taps so this should be a breeze. Also i dont want to go 6000 miles per hr so please point in the direction of a slower class that runs T-JETS.

Here are some rules of the more popular classes for Tjets on this site www.psychoslots.com/index.cgi?board=skrAt our Dragway we enjoy the fast stuff and the slow stuff. The Slow stuff is fun to run because you can actually see them race. We have a class called Pro Slow where you have to run a pancake motor car and we unhook one of our batteries which gives us about 12.5 to 13 volts.
