Hey all. I am the owner of the drag strip in Nassau New York. It is a Maxx trax with a 30 volt capacitor charged power source. At this time I only have one power tape to each lane. The measured timing length is 20ft 6.5 inches. ET's are as follows. Some box stock T-jet 1.999-2.3 or so. Stock AFX non mag 1.1999-1-250. Stock mag 1.000-1.17. In line motor cars range any where between .393-.800. I will post some more pics of the track and my collection of cars. BTW Dave maybe some day this summer we can meet at LV drag way. ;D

That sounds awesome, we should meet up. After the holidays, I will hopefully have some cash to buy 2 deep cycles for my track then get it up and running. Would be fun to meet up and race a little. Happy Holidays

Dave I was reading your post on another thread about building your own drag strip. I have a ton of info on how to do this. I also attempted to route one myself. I have all the tools and supplies to do a second one but decided as you did I'd rather by one pre built and start having some fun. If it's ok I would like to talk to you on the phone or via email to give you some ideas. I used two Tomy wall warts from race sets one for each lane as my first power source. Vince I'm not sure how much your time is worth or how much it costs to build a track from scratch. But my guess is with one mistake you could have bought one from these guys www.SlotCarsInc.com. And there isn't a chance of building a nicer one...OK OK...maybe a chance and if you do make sure you post pictures. I bought one of their tracks when I got started HO drag racing and it's awesome, and very inexpensive. I need to put it in my will, cause I know my kids will be fighting over it and it will our live me.

Awsome track! How much is the season rent for the fourth sky box on the left of the tower? Does it include food and drinks? Does it include an elevator or do you have to climb stairs? Preferred Parking Pass?

Nassau is about 30 to 45 minutes outside Albany. I am not in Nassau County. Valley Stream is downstate NY correct?
