Another test and tune has been added on Jan. 16th, 2009. Although not mandatory I do suggest sending your cars out for some T&T. This gives me a chance to spend a little time with each car to make sure it will get down the track with no problems. Usually the National weekends are busy around here and I'm not able to spend much time with the cars except for qualifying. Qualifying for the Nat's will be two passes. One in each lane. We'll run the cars one time, let them cool and then run them on their final qualifying pass.

Sam, if you burn out over the line in Pro Stock, it's legal.
But you gotta disqualify any car that goes over the line in Super Stock and Stock, right?

LOL, that's too much pressure Phil. I think as long as nobody gets sideways and tears up the tree or runs over the starter guy like Nightrider did for the grudge match, then we will allow it.

T&T #2 Results in no particular orderBondoman #9 Car weight 22.4 Grams Best run .4009 @ 36.89 Comments Need to get front wheels to roll freely. I took the axle off and it picked up .03 also I switched your pinion gear to a 7 Tooth. Gained a .01 with the 7T. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rapid Richard #3 Dodge Car weight 19.1 grams Best run .3904 @ 36.66 mph. Comments Switched to a 22 Tooth Crown gear and it gained .016. I also adjusted the endbell timing to full advance (driver side down on bottom of chassis). Went .02 quicker. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ragu #15 Ford Car weight 20.5 grams Best run .3855 @ 41.30 mph. Comments Changed out the stock pick up shoes for BSRT's #249. Ran .01 better. Find some smaller O.D. O-rings for the front. Need to get the front tires around .350" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HO Bob #32 Chevy Car weight 20.6 grams Best run .3798 @ 38.09 mph. Comments Changed your crown gear to a 22 Tooth. It ran a best of .3928 with the 23 Tooth. The front tires went flying on the first pass. Need to glue them on. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thunderwreck #3O Chevy Car weight 20.1 grams Best run .4366 @ 30.96 mph. Comments I changed the Pinion to a 7T. It picked up .02. Messed with brush tension a little with no luck. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ninjatek #18 GM Car weight 20.2 grams Best run .3834 @ 36.66 mph. Comments Need a smaller tires on front (.350"). Car runs good. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SST1610 #42 Chevy Car weight 19.8 grams Best run .3989 @ 36.42 mph. Comments One thing I've noticed that separates the .35's to the high .3's is motor magnet strength. There doesn't seem to be much consistency with Gplus motor magnets. I'll take it apart and test the mags and see how they match up. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Derwood #19 Ford Car weight 18.4 grams Best run .3745 @ 39.45 mph. Alright the last two pictures have been added. Shepard showed up a few hours ago. I'm working on your body Derwood, still in primer. Should be shooting paint on it this Sunday.
I'll have results up in a few hours. This is not a live event. We will have Live qualifying on Feb. 13th and Live Eliminations on Feb. 15th.
