simple things get over looked like light height an position, maybe will have to run some kind of capacitor across the pickup to cut electrical noise like used to use on RC cars?

Appreciate the suggestion and all the help that's flowed in. WE HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! I'll explain what was wrong later, but it's definitely fixed and we are now cleaning up the mess we made finding the @#$% problem. (Those that know me know I usually only use @#$% when I'm around my old Army buddies. Yeah, I was frustrated over this one!)
I will be on the phone to all the local guys to see if they can come over tomorrow evening to run the test n tune. SORRY for the inconvenience and frustrations. Thanks again for all the suggestions and help.

To maybe help someone in the future, I just posted what happed and how we fixed it in the "General" thread at the top of the home page and then it's listed under "Best way to wire a track" That will make it easier for someone to find if needed down the road.
Can you guys hear the HALLELUJAH CHORUS thats playing in my mind!!! Gotta go to church tomorrow!

Watch tonight for the Super Stock Nationals Test N Tune by Psychoslots.com.The weather in Florida this whole month of March has been fabulous, with highs in the mid 70’s and lows in the low 60’s. However, Mother Nature is still not a drag racing fan and has seen fit to bring in low, overcast clouds and it’s raining still at 1 PM with the Bay Hill Golf Classic on hold too. But… Not one snow flake in site! ;D We will make sure the track is dry and clean for this evening’s Test N Tune. (New excuse to put this off for another couple of hours till all is in place. ) We “plan” to post the results at 8 PM Eastern Time tonight. (I ain't guaranteeing anything anymore. ) BE ON-LINE!

Woops. Ah... you guys were standing for the National Anthem right??
Welcome to the Super Stock National’s Test N Tune at WDWAHO Raceway in (now) sunny Orlando , Florida . Temperature at the race track is an A/C controlled 72 degrees with the track surface a cool 71. Barometric pressure and humidity are perfect for making maximum mini-horsepower and the track altitude is a low 31 feet above lake level. (The track’s still on the second floor, although it came close to being pitched out the window last week.)

We will start tonight’s Time Trials from the back to the front in entry order. There were fifteen entries in the Test N Tune. I will attempt to post pictures of all the cars after the Time Trials are over.
