It's Test & Tune day here at Belleville Area Dragway...  Not much of a crowd now but soon we will be bussling with activity. The banners are hung....   And 2 of the guys couldn't wait to pull up to the line....  The turn out is light so far i am waiting for the mail to get started. I know there was some confusion over the date on the flyer so if stragglers come in next week I will test them as needed. |

looks great K-DOG can't wait for my Gassers to lay some rubber down, lack of funds won't let me ship for test& tune,but saved enough to be there for the Battle!! maybe take down a MOPAR or two

Ok Test and Tune time.... We only had 4 cars show up......you guys mad at me ;D Before the resualts a few things I saw in the few cars that I tested.... You should go with the hotest arm best magnets and everything this class allowes to get in the hunt (a little DOG humor) Things I saw.... Loose slipon silicons arn't going to work in this class.... in 2 of the cars, the tires went flying, in the warm up at this voltage. Possably glue them on with clear silicone. You should have braids & shunts in this class You need wheelie Bars in this class. NOW THE RESUALTS..... Ninjatek #5 best run of 4 .9522 @ 14.28 mph Car sounds strong need diffrent rear wheels/tires spun off the rim, and had bad traction, shunts would help the speed. Slot Car Crazy #3 best run as shipped .9169 @ 17.22mph I added a wheelie bar.... .7970 @ 15.92mph This car sounds strong, everything looks & feels good. Adding Braids, wheelie bars, & shunts would put this car in the A class Tyler #32 Best run of 3 .7801 @15.04mph This car sounds FAST the rear tires spin loosly on the rim with my fingers glue them with silicon and I think you will run with the Big dogs. Last 440GTX #8 There is a huge problem with this car.....TO FAST.... Best run of 4 .5343 @ 24.28mph Matt you need to slow this and all your cars down going this fast is dangerous. All kidding aside out of the 4 cars that came all sounded good with good RPM's a little work you guys are in there. In closing any cars that come in a few days late I will test and post the resualts. Thanks for running them kdog. We needed a comparison between your track and mine. That car ran a .526 here the day I boxed it up. I'll check it again when I get it back and the "Ohio Mafia" will be set.

2009 banner you need to make some smaller stickers of that for
us. But there is one thing I got to ask you I don't see any trees
or fire hydrants so where does KDOG get to go? ;D

The banner did turn out cool, thanks to John B for designing it and Slot Cars Inc for supplying the funds to buy it. I think mini stickers would be very cool. NEXT UP THE 2009 GASSER NATIONALS AUGUST 15th 2009 COME RUN WITH THE BIG DOGS REMEMBER GUYS MAIL EARLY |

kdog I got Tylers car back today ;D Also I want to thank slotcarinc. for the nice set up blocks ;D ;D very nice. And thanks to kdog for doing the test and tune and the thunder jet 500 car ;D.
