The sub lime green Mopar sports a Super G+ chassis with a 32 gauge spinner arm. .440 rear silicone sponge tires cut to tuck inside the wheel wells with AFX wheels cut to fit inside the rims. Vincent rims and o ring tires on the front. I run a 9/20 steel rear gear combo. The scoop, wheelie bars, wing and glass are all from a die cast. The body is my own resin cast. This car covers my 20 ft 6.5 in drag strip in a ballsitic .390sec.

I know I'm way, way, ahead of time on this, but I just finished building my GASSER entry. It's testing out with a best run so far of .342. I'll post pics soon. RAce ON! KABOOM.

Hey Keith, was that time on a scale eighth or quarter mile? Because I don't think ANYONE has gotten anywhere NEAR that on a 1/4 mile track! Ron (Bondo)

Hey Keith, Have two gassers waiting for race. Close to a year since building them. And no idea of what they will do. How about a breakdown of the build you did ? And what kind of body do you have on it (had to ask) ? ......Peter

I'd be interested in knowing what's in them too. Since the fastest Gasser events so far have only been in the .5's! And, what voltage you running on Keith? The NTRA Gassers have always run on 18 volts to my knowledge. Ron (Bondo)

rUnning at 22 volts, a Henry j body. I've been fiddledicken with this car for almost 5 months. Polymer motor mags, balanced and polished MG, and exceptional gearing. And the one secret (a bit of go-go juice on the shoes and track) and away she goes. I'm sure some of the Mods aren't allowed and the body has been lightened probably far below allowable minimum. I will figure out away to re-modify this set up to be allowed in the NTRA GAsser class.I can't wait. I'm going to get started this week on building it's little sister, one to meet NTRA class qualifications. A few secrets I will keep to my self. Stand by RACE FANS!

Hey Keith, The poly mags are the only thing that jumps out. Think gassers have to be ceramic (any) mags. As for lightening, no min. in gasser. Check NTRA rules on this, don't remember them exactly. As long as body retains outer shell you should be ok. I think puish bars can be used instead of bumpers. ..........hope it helps now for secrets, SERCRETS ! your keeping SECRETS ! Ohhh, my my my ..........lol
