Only temporary. It does have possibilities!!! The wheelie bar will need to be raised to get the back end down, but you get the idea. This is one of the best looking cars AW ever did and they put on sponsors you can read and recognize!!! Thank you AW!!! RM

P.S. I want to get one to cast. I'd change the scoop a little, bring it closer to the windshield and add a little to the front opening or just replace with one of Sam's scoops. The glass also is one piece which has raised effects so the glass fits flush with the body/windshield posts. If you cast the glass or vacuform it, a black marker aroung the edge of the individual glass sections would do the trick...I like your glass technique Sam, but man it's time consuming for us amatures ...RM

That will look good slammed and your right about the detail of the sponsors, very clean. The wheelie bars are a little overkill on the design. Must be because of those hard 4 gear launches Yeah the way I do my windows does take some time and patience but it's worth it to me for the end result. I didn't realize just how time consuming it can be until I did Larry's Camaro and GXP last week. Now, I just need to find someone that can make me some white window rivet decals to complete the package. keep us posted if you do some more tinkering on lowering that body.

Why would the wheelie bars need to be raised, could you just cut out notches like Sam does in the back of the body to allow the body to be lowered?? thats the way i was going to do it..yeah those wheels look great and they did a awsome job ob detailing, honestly i like the wheelie bars it adds some great details, maybe paint them a dull grey/silver color and paint the wheels black, could really make those look really good. and to think its their first try at Drag Cars..not bad at all boys!!!!

Scott, Basically it's the same thing. The wheelie bars are separate pieces. They are screwed to a body post in the body. You'll have to shave the post, then notch out the back of the body to make room for the bars, to get the rear end of the car down...RM P.S. the bars look to be cast into 2 pieces, plus the wheelie wheels are painted black...

I went to the local Tire Kingdom store last week and they had maybe 20 sets stacked up. Picked up one for $87.00. Do you know if the Matco, Snap On and John Force sets will be limited supply and that's why the higher price? I thought the Tire Kingdom was supposed to be limited supply too.
Four cars for $87.00 w/o shipping charges means the track was essentially free.
