He is a truck driver and he gets busy,maybe just send him another email he will get with you and ill send him an email too.i sent him one a few days ago and he hasnt responded back yet,he ususally does around the weekends

The last thing I need is another project, but this is just too interesting. Put me in for two. No idea what bodies, but I'm guessing they'll be wearing Bow Ties.

That Guy i have mentioned that does the AFX 4Gear Funny Car Bodies ia msure can hook you up with some Chevy's,I got from him a Chevy Monza funny, and Two different years of Corvettes.go to the AFX funny car Body thread,I posted a pix of the 1982 Corvette Body.

I sent HairyCanaryJr an e-mail earlier this week, but like the others, I'm still waiting to hear back from him. But I also know a guy on this board who makes some very nice early FC bodies! <g>

It took a couple days but he did get back with me. this is what he sent. (sorry I couldn't get the pics out of the e-mail) If I can figure a way to seperate the pics from the e-mail I'll post them also.

Here is a list and a few pictures of 1/64 scale resin bodies and decals I have. If there is something on the list you would like to see a picture of let me know and I will be glade to email you a picture. Most bodies come with clear windshields but not all. I have a lot of different blower- injectors to choose from. I'm working on headers and wheelie bars. Bodies are $10.00 each and decals range from $7-$10 each most all $7. Hey thats great 440gtx.
and he is working on more bodies,funny car and Pro stock,that i posted,and he is working on more decals as we speak.440 if you email him he will send pictures of how to mount the bodies and show you how he shaves off the back part of the AFX drag Rims so they fit under the body,and trust me they look MEAN!!when they sit that low,and has all that wheel tuck underneath.!!!!!
Yeah Rick I know someone else makes good bodies,but these are made for AFX chassis.but i hear yeah buddy.

OK guys, been a while since I raced anything, but I am buying 2 of these chassis in the next few days. Already have a resin body I did myself (Corvair FC..still gotta work on making a mold off of it) and will get another one. Where are the rules at? Everytime I go to that link for Ninjatek, it says 'account closed'?? Help me out here guys. This looks like something I could do (and with my VERY limited time schedule lately, the less work I have to do to a car, the better!  ;D ) Ron (Bondo)  |

Basically, we are looking at stock AW or AFX 4 gear chassis. Slip-on silicone tires. 14 ohm limit on the armature. No mods to the armatures. Stock motor magnets. We are running on 13.8 volts so you can remove the traction magnets from the AW chassis if you want. Bodies must be pre 1985 funny cars.
One other thing, the silicone tires that I'm using are AJ's "Blackcats". They are for the standard tomy wheel but they stretch over the 4 gear wheels just fine and hook up really well.
