I had a request for a double flange delrin wheel in a special size. So I had to put my thinking cap on and come up with a way to make it. Here are a couple of photos showing the finished product.

Working on my car.... I have got into doing t-shirts lately, all free hand. I use fabric markers and brushes. I have not used my air brush yet, but I will. This is my first time doing a black t-shirt, not easy. A white background must be laid down on a dark color. Just like doing decals. Then if you want to add color it will show up. Takes a little time to do it this way.

All test gears have been mailed via snail mail. So run them and let me know via PM, the good, bad and the ugly.

I'm going to be a little slower on the feedback. Not enough time in the day these days to get stuff done. But I'll try to get something thrown together this week.

Most racers have replied on the gear testing, thank you. I have decided to build metal gears for the Eagle chassis. The 4G and 3G setups I am still experimenting with resins. Again thank you to all the racers who helped with the gear testing.

Thought I would share a couple of videos of bye gone races since we have several new members. These were shot at the Blacktop. Pictures are nice, but video is the next best thing to being there.
Want to see more let me know. I got a few more oldies but goodies.

Looking at the dragster video never gets old. You can hear the disappointment in my voice. I wanted that race bad. When we race in our own event, we never drive our own car unless it was Robert and I going against each other with our own cars. I was driving Sam's roadster and Robert was driving mine. Never did figure out what really happened to cause that. Check out the bent rear axle on the right side. It hit the gantry hard. Forgot all about the motorcycle crash. That was a Match race. I love the way the Doug's car goes across the finish line sideways. The early days of Blacktop Raceway and Bear Creek Dragway. Slow motion videos were blurry and grainy back then but they were cool!
