That is what I'm talking about, sharing info. My arm ohms lower than 4 it is advanced, polymer magnets and Eagle Racing tires. Most of the work I am doing is on the chassis. All will be revealed after the race.

Little change of pace from dragsters to Pro Mod. This is one of our new 4Gear Pro Mods a 48 Anglia. This one is headed to ebay, later today.

I'll be running Tjetsgrig power. Have a 3,4 & 5 ohm... not sure what I'll end up running yet. Have polymer motor mags but am looking into another option. Running SKR silly foams and body (body and tire wars ) Mods will be in the drive train. Like Eagle, posted pics after the event. Nice Anglia!

Nothing like an Anglia with a blower sticking out the hood ! Looking good.
Saw JJ's post under Bear Creek, looks like Jim's going to have a number of people using his arms for this. Forgot to mention mine is also a Tjetsgrig custom arm. Not advanced, had no 4gs when I got it. Was also debating wheelie bars. Rear tires are Eagle sili-foams.

Notice the com plate damage on edge of all segments. The darkest one has a hole through com. It welded itself ::)during run. I took an x-acto knife and cut air gap back into com. This is still the arm I am going to race. No time to build another one and test it out.

Not happy at all with results of switching arms. Went from 5.7 ohm (T/F from last race) to 4.4, put new crown gear in. Getting alot of arching between forward brush and plate. Playing around with pressure on brush hasn't made any great change ............ yet ... lol. Should be getting way more out of it, but every spare moment this next week will be spent on it. Keeping fingers crossed.
Body is finally ready for clear coat. Was pretty happy with it until putting on chassis. Did conversion like Ninjatek, only decided to shorten it. Cut off front of body just to the rear of post pocket near mid front section (viewed from bottem when disassembled). Slid front back and into rear section (slight sanding), then tappered sides and top into nose section. Ended up about an inch or so shorter than it started. Also ended up lifting the nose up, including axle pearch ........... duh..... was not thinking, will do again keeping the bottem of both sections on same plane, do relief cuts rearward and bring top of body down to front section. May be sending as is if I can't get new one done in time.

Well I applied my graphics and paint last night and sprayed clear coats this morning. All I have left is detailing. Oh yea, and make it run fast.

Outrageous! Just plain ridiculous (it an awesome way). And there is no mention of what looks to be about a 20 degree timing advance. Hmmm! Wonder what else could he be hiding?

With a 22t gear that thing outta come out of the hole like a banshee! I like the idea of the adjustable traction magnets. Theres' been a lot of creativity going on with this class.
