Hopefully I can still get a 3ohm timed motor wound for this. If not it will just have to be stock.

Very nice!! I like the adaptation...looks like it was always meant to sit on that chassis. Is it going to be fast??

Thanks, it is not very fast right now. I hope to have some time to correct that, but if not it is what is.

Gearing up for full schedule of club racing. We will be racing Top Fuel, MM/PS, Door Slammer PM, and Pro Stock Motorcycle. I have been busy contacting racers to compete. So far looks like the return of the Escamilla Chicks. Amy loves to drag race. Our first race of the 2015 season will be in January. The Pro Stock Motorcycle class is going to be an awesome class. We should see some really cool paint schemes on these. I know that JJ is already working up what he want's his to look like.

The project isn't the two cars, but rather the decals. The first Willy's was done with an Alps printer. That printer has since broke and been retired. It was very expensive to operate. The second Willy's was done with a Canon printer using white decal paper. The difference is the flame, it is cut out to spec. There is no painted film between the flame tips. How do I do this? I use a vinyl cutter and three graphics programs to get the finished project. It is however much harder to lay down the flame as you now have to deal with all the individual tips. The final outcome is superior to the Alps printer.

Superior work! You must have tons of patience. I never like body work. I would tear down and rebuild by race engines, rears, do frame and suspension work all the time on my race cars. When it came to body work, somebody else would do it.

Super sweeeet!! Got questions for you on the decals. Did the vinyl cutter cut out the flames or did you. That may be a dumb question, but I'm not familiar with vinyl cutters. If the machine did it....man the possibilities are endless!! Those two are slick cuzzo!!

Thanks guys for kind words and thumbs up. Dave you need the patience to learn how to manipulate the images within the graphics programs. Lots of trial and error before success. Jeff the cutter does all the cutting and yes the possibilities are endless. Dave the body work can be a challenge, but that is the fun of it. I bet it wouldn't take you long to learn, and help is always available here on Nitroslots.com.
