Here are a three of pics of a finished wheel. The racer I built these for wanted a narrow slip-on wheel in a small diameter.

Thanks for all the thumbs up on narrow slip-on wheels racers. Just a quick update on the crown gears. I have been refining my finishing technique for these. They are handmade and hand finished old school, sweat and fire. I grind the flashing off and then file and shape each gear by hand. They are not perfect, but they work. I have been testing a gear in a set up that is now in the .5s, not to bad for handmade.

I am amped for the race at Bear Creek. Looking forward to seeing all the race cars. Here at the shop I have been working on another major project. I have said before that I have been working on redoing the drag bike. It is now nearing completion. Testing at the drag strip has begun.

Hey Rob, Was hoping you could post pic showing rear set-up or gear arrangement. Never had drag bike (not counting 30 yrs ago when I rode them). Was looking at Hot Wheels in store and it looks like they have introduced several bikes & riders. Not sure if new, I've never seen them before. Did not have time to really look. When time permits I'll probably pick up one or two. Been something I've wanted to do for a while now. Curious about motor in your bike....... how many cc's can it be bored to......... lol. ...... I just got my Eagle Racing 18 tooth crown gears and they are sweet, I can't wait to build some new cars with these gears.

Here is part of the motorcycle gear train I have been working on for our new drag bike. It can use the Tyco motorcycle 25T crown, gear train also. The Eagle version allows you to change wheel size and the crown gear. It will use slip on tires. The crown is a wizzard pro gear 22T bonded to our 3D printed wheel in the photo.

Next phase for the drag bikes will be new molds for the rear tires. At present only the old Tyco rubber is available. I want to come up with couple of different sizes in slip on silicone.
