Yesterday was all about painting the new area that the track will be set up. Fun stuff like cleaning walls and patching holes. When it is all done it is a fresh canvas ready for the new Blacktop Raceway. It will be longer with over 7 feet of shutdown. It will be smoother and faster, records will fall at the 2015 Summer Nationals, more photos soon.

I like the sound of that. My plan is to have my name in front of all the records at Club level.... . Just kidding......well maybe. Anyway I am looking forward to the progression of the build. This rebuild is going to be a huge improvement all the way around. Blacktop Raceway was great before....now it only gets better. I can hardly wait to get the bike and start working on it. I'm ordering my first Patriot rolling chassis. Kinda excited about that......feel like a little kid . Have no clue as to the paint that will go on it. Bear Creek Dragway rebuild will start sometime in the next week or so. Track rebuilding is the subject in North Texas for November/ December in preparation for NTRA and Club Racing 2015. Good job cuzzo.....keep us posted on progress.

ROFL.....JJ cracks me up to Peter......and he is not kidding JJ is very competitive. I am more laid back in my racing style. This makes for some great racing.
The resurface begins Saturday. I got the track support shelf painted and the 220 volt AC cord rerouted.

Looks and sounds like a great setup. I am hoping to get my setup into it's own room before my race. It will make things much easier.
