Thanks for the good word guys. Same layout......just double wide and some more details. Looks a little more authentic. Performance is better though. Track is very flat. I am looking forward to running some events this year.

Cars are off to Atco for the Super Nationals next weekend. Nostalgia Top Fuel has moved up on the desk. Hybrid tjet cluster set up will run the full season (which is only 2 races this year). I have high hopes for it. Have a couple of new things I am wanting to try in the brush and magnet area. Looking for consistent mid to low .4's???

I gotta get my Outlaws on the bench after Atco as well. Lots of ideas I would like to try, just need to find the time.

Kinda why I posted this....as a reminder to everybody. This is my window of time right now. After the Super Nationals I will be getting ready for my race. Looking forward to seeing some SPEED!! I fell off the pace towards the end of the year, but everyone else was picking it up.

Just finished up the Infra Red emitters that I will be using for sensor lighting. This would be version three. The first two were not strong enough. These worked great when I tested them. Now to finish up the gantry and get them installed on the track. This has been a fun project. I have made up a pigtail that has male and female crimp spade connectors that plug into the power supply. Using 2 old 5v phone chargers for power. Utilized an led series/parallel array wizzard online tool led.linear1.org/led.wiz to determine the resistors and schematic needed for each bar. This is two 4 led series strings wired in parallel. Also used this tool for wiring the led track lighting.

I like seeing all the updates to the tracks, looks like everyone is having a busy year. Also I see you are running stock T-JET's next month and that's awesome. I might have some cars that can keep up with the rest of you this time.

Look forward to having you in the race. I was trying to run a couple of classes that were not going to get raced in 2015. Hope you still have your N/TF car as well. You were fast there so get that one tuned up. Thanks for posting Hemi Hunter.

Started working on blu & wht N\TF first. This one is running brush cups and rear bearings. I have a new motor that is going in this year. Found some things that could be improved. Gears still look solid and I am really going to be leaning on them this year. The Grape Ape will also be getting a new motor. Totally different set up with this car except in the gear and tire areas. This car does not like to launch properly, so I will be focusing a lot in that area. Getting pumped to run these cars again in a month.

Both IR emitter gantrys are now complete and ready for final test and installation on the track. They need to pass one more test and operate the sensors again with no problems before I drill any holes in the deck. I previously tested by holding the bars over the sensors and they worked very well.

Projects are moving around on the desk now that track stuff is almost done. We have changed the MM\PS rules for our local club to allow Pro Stock body styles from 1970 and later. I am working on an Eagle Racing Pinto body that will be a Glidden Pro Stock replica. Not sure if I can pull it off or not. First replica.
