'62 C10 is finished up. Came out of the clear booth yesterday. This one is staying in the AJR garage and will be a staple car for the races going forward. It will sit on top of one of my DR-1 chassis for Inline Stock. Color is OPI lacquer polish "Cranberry Splash". This is the mini me version of my 1/1 '64 C10 in my driveway. The Pro Mod version of this truck is going to be SICK!!

I've loved Fast Freddy's truck since I first saw it. The Pro Mod version will closely resemble that truck. I have been wanting to do this one for awhile. Going to take a break on the trucks after this one. I have a few cars that I want to do. Thanks for the good word Dave.

Nice! Great that you are using nail polish too! I use lacquer nail polish almost exclusively now. On Hilltop's recommendation. I have no problems with lacquer paint. I still use acrylic black and white and absolutely no enamels. I switched to a two part clear this year and really like it a lot! Still trying to improve. |

New projects ongoing at Angry Jeff Racing. The AJR '62 Chevy C10 stepside Pro Mod is in the works. Top has been chopped and the rear deck wing sides have been fabbed up. Also will be doing another AJR Luv Pro Mod. Going to do a solid color base with some of this cool metallic from Cozee in the clear coat. Not sure on color yet. Next to be completed is a beautiful 660slots Daytona Charger Pro Mod. I love this body! Base colors are down on this one. Just need to add the fu fu.

Gale that color is China Glaze lacquer "Cranberry Splash" #1110. It is the same color that I painted my red truck. Randy the Glidden Pinto is an ongoing project. It needs a major reworking to fit a 4 gear chassis properly. I've never been happy with that custom so it is being sacrificed for a better version.

Jeff the paint scheme on the Daytona sure makes that body look swooopier. Really liken the 62 with the chopped top.

Cars headed to the 2018 Fall Nationals at Smokey Mountain Dragway. Trucks are DR-1 chassis for Veteran Inline...Tbird is 4GO...Mustang is PSO...and GTX is Pancake Comp. Hauler should be there tomorrow. The anticipation is building!
