so I did some NT/F testing yesterday and had mixed results. I smoked one motor in my maroon Altered and blew a gear on Blue Hell. After repairs, my Altered now has a back up motor which runs about .03 slower (.43-.44 E/T) . The repairs to Blue Hell was an improvement and I was able to get my first NT/F run at PPD in the .3's (.39). I'm happy I tested because I know they both would have went out after a few laps. Hopefully they will stay together this weekend.

Sam it sounds like you've got your bad boys (or girls) tearing up the track. If they hold up, you could have the sweep in hand. I was able to get the Grape Ape into the .4's, but just barely. Will it speed up......possibly but not anywhere near .3's. That is bad a$$. I hope to be there next year. The blue one is where it always is....a .52 bracket car...lol. Both are solid and that's the first step. Got some strong cars yet to see from Phantom's garage's and Eagle has been working on some stuff as well. Who else is out there......there are definitely others!! Next to Doorslammers this is my favorite class...but it's close. I just went back through the races and looked at the progression of this class since it was first run. Pretty amazing stuff!! Anyway....blah....blah....blah....... We are looking forward to running these cars andI AM SOOOOOO PUMPED FOR THIS RACE!! Pre qualifying will start on Thursday for the cars that have already arrived and will continue as they come in. Race format and qualifying results will be posted Friday morning followed by eliminations. Menu for the weekend.......Hatch, N.M. green chili posole and banana bread for dessert. Mmmmm mmmmm. Good luck racers.

Sorry guys we had a death in the family and I was forced to Burlington, Ontario Canada for the last 9 days to assist with the estate. Life got in the way of this one for us and while Coop is disappointed we will hit the next one. Good Luck to all.
