By the way someone said that 1/87th scale was bigger than 1/64 scale, thats incorrect 1/87th is smaller than 1/64th.

scott, mention to him that Sot Dragon has a reasonable basic stand alone timing system and that there is a similar system available through Jegs and Summit.
if he can find out who makes those, he can get a version made for AW purposes. just a thought.

I keep hearing bout the funny car class at the summer nat's and iam hearing inline chassis,I thought rules state it must be an AW/or AFX 4Gear chassis?  ? scottman2007 this would be true if we were running 4gears M/FC but we are running inlines Top Fuel N3 build using the Modern Funny Car bodies at the Blacktop. Look forward to seeing your build race at the Blacktop. |

Ok Guys I got word from Autoworld that they are working on a Timing System,More to come if and when I get any details,This was straight from Tom.Kinda keep to ourselves right now.

That's Ok I guess it will be fine to talk about it,I just found out the goodies,It looks like there will be more than one system,One system will work and display Info on a Droid,or an iphone or ipad,and maybe another system will be basic and have its own display.price range from $99-$149 be out first Quarter next year. that's all he would say.I think it might be ok to talk about,since he told me,LOL
