Thanks Randy, got the idea for the 917 a while back. I can't remember who posted it, but on one of the slot car groups on Facebook, someone took a stock 917 body and mounted it on a 4-Gear chassis. I thought it was pretty cool looking and decided bump it up a couple notches. I always loved the Gulf Porsches, so I wanted to use the Gulf colors, but with flames instead. I like the way it turned out, going to keep this one in my own stable.
