I love the same voltage comparison numbers. That really shows what amperage does. I can feel the excitement all the way here in Texas...lol! I'm stoked for you man! Thanks for sharing.

That looks exactly like mine, but with 10 more amps.

Nice improvement in times. As I have stated in the past amperage makes a pretty big difference. Here is a pic of my 2 power supplies which look similar to the one you have. I recognize several of those cars as to having been down my track! 30A power supplies

So tickled, money well spent. It is made in China like the the other but does have track mate logo on front and the one on e bay was 4to6 week wait.haven't cranked it up yet what should i run those 2.5ers at looking forward to new track records

Yes you're correct Dave what I noticed was the rpm didn't seem to change much but the tork improved greatly . (Voltage=hoarse power=how fast u get work done=mph)(amperage=tork=the amount of work u can do=et) dos that sound correct

Torque times rpm = HP. I think the extra amperage makes the most difference in ET as that is where the extra amps have the most effect. When the cars leave the line is where the highest demand for amps occurs. I have had 14 ohm stockers run .01-.02 slower on tracks with less amperage.

Nothing better than more power, that's awesome

Nothing better than more power, that's awesome I'm so happy with the new power supply it really rocks, started on new track going to be close in design to GTS. the plastic I'm running on is not very consistent ,tends to warp and buckle as the temp rises throughout the day. Early morning the cars tear it up come mid to late afternoon they start to fall off .picked up on it tuning for the NZ race found spots in the rail would be flush with track surface then would return to normal hight.

The 2.5 ohm cars do not respond well to low amperage and low volts. Glad you like the new power supply, some track records are going to fall soon. Like the before and after comparison. Noticed that the track made a pretty good difference also. These are the same things I noticed when I switched to better track and power supplies.

Your plastic track sounds like a real race track, where weather also has a major impact.

Just as with the Real Deal, funny how we need to take "Track Conditions" into consideration. Climate, temp changes can play into how our fleets run, even track conditions with surface, rail height ECT., ECT. play a part as well.
