Stock rules call for 14.5 ohm armatures, is that the case here?
Thanks, Bill

Rules are "Pancake stock" in the "2018 NTRA Rules" link at the top of the page. Non Mag chassis is fine. You can add a total of two traction magnets. Magnets are to be the same size as stock magnets that come on Auto World chassis. Magnets can be lowered. Using Auto World parts in Aurora chassis and vice versa is fine. Please no dash magnets. No modifications to stock parts. Pick up shoes can be bent to get correct contact patch. No shunts and braids. 14.5 armatures are fine. Street and Nostalgia Funny car body rules are also in the "2018 NTRA Rules" link at the top of the page. Tires/wheels must be flush or inside the fenders.
JJWallace has very kindly offered to be the US postal hub once again. Thank you Jeff. The postage date will be roughly 2 weeks before the race. Date that the cars will need to be at Jeffs to be confirmed.

I will be sending 2 cars for each class. No Dash ceramic magnets??? They come stock in all the Auto world chassis. Unless you
are talking about the poly and neo Dash magnets which are useless in any stock 14 ohm motor and even in a 6 ohm motor. If
you want to go slow put those in your stock arm chassis.

Was 13.8 for stock in the past and that is suggested in the 2018 rules. Don't know what it will be for this one.

No Dash parts. Dash magnets come stock in AW chassis??? Why would I have have Poly and Neo magnets allowed in stock classes? Aurora and Auto World parts only. Street is 13.8 volts and Funny Car is 18 volts. I'll have to go back and check the track records gnome. Funny car is just under one second. SKR had the record for the International race if I remember correctly? You can view past NTRA International races to get an idea of the racing.

I would like to participate but being new I need a few clarifications. Pretty sure I understand the chassis rules, just need clarification on the body classification, please. - Is "Street" the same as Stock or Super Stock? - Is "Funny Car" the same as Nostalgia Pro Stock or Gasser? - How strict is the blower, hood scoop & wing requirements (if in that classification)? I included a screen shot of the body rules: G

Street body rules are the "Stock" body rules. Muscle cars and Imports, no blowers, scoops. Wheels and tires flush or inside the fenders please. Nostalgia Funny car is "Nostalgia Pro Stock" but with blowers. Again wheels and tires flush or inside the fenders please. Thanks for asking I missed that N/FC body rules were missing?

They are ceramic and they look just like the, (same color coding), ones used in the AW t jet style chassis, the price is 2.99. I have checked the gauss on them and the readings are the same as the AW magnets. They are NOT the Poly or Neo magnets Dash has available which are useless in a stock chassis anyway..
