Kiwidave has set the date that cars need to be here at Bear Creek Dragway as Thursday June 28th.
I would really like to see them here by Wednesday or earlier as that would give me more time to get everything packed up and sent out on Friday the 29th. Please please do not be late...do not rely on USPS next day delivery...do not send signature confirmation or anything else that requires someone to be present for delivery. If you signed up and realize you cannot send cars, please let me know so I don't hold up the shipment for cars that are not coming. The other option is to mail direct to Kiwidave. Please let he and I know that as well. Cars are going out on Friday so don't drag your feet!  I will repost this a couple more times before race as a reminder. Good luck to all who enter! Kiwidave runs a top shelf event so don't miss out on the fun! As we say here at Bear Creek....BE THERE OR BE SQUARE! Here is the mailing address:

When it's convenient, could you please let me know "how much" and "to whom" funds are to be made to? At present, I understand that we send $15 to $20 to Jeff and he passes on the return shipping amount to you. Please clarify.

GTS I am going to respond to your question, but I would like Kiwidave to have the final word. I think $8 - $10 should be sufficient. Most times we try not to make it much more, if any, than normal entry. Dave632 mentioned that he sends extra. That is certainly appreciated, but not necessarily required. The idea is to make it affordable for everyone so we get more entries. At the same time there is extra shipping $$ involved with these races. I will use the entry that is sent with the cars to cover the cost of posting to N.Z. and then send the surplus on to Kiwdave. I have only had a surplus of funds one time though. Normally we have a good turnout and I end up shipping 2 or 3 boxes to N.Z. So like I said earlier, I would like Kiwidave to have the final word on this. He is the man, I'm just trying to help things go a little smoother. Glad to have you in the race! I think you will enjoy it and there is just something very cool about having the cars race in paradise! |

$10 for shipping please and payment to Jeff. It's a little tricky guessing the postage cost until we know how many entries we get? As Jeff said it jumps up if three boxes are involved. Return shipping is on me to make things easy.  |
