That's a good trick getting the floor height right without seeing it.

Looks like you are moving right along. Will the area have any heating and cooling? I'm not sure what kind of year round temperatures you get there. Bear Creek is in my garage which is unconditioned. I have portable heaters that make it easy to warm up in the cooler temperatures, but it's not that easy to cool down in the heat.

there is always a warm side and a cold side, switches around depending on the weather, our temp range here is -1*c during night in winter to around 25*c during summer but average temps are 10*c to 20*c, so I have a fan and a portable gas heater, this started in sept 2016, build took around 4 months to get the track to a position where we could use it, and its still a work in progress, lots more pixs to come.

It would be nice to have a return road. My track is in a spare bedroom which has AC and heat so I will be happy with what I have.

The track build is on, Mustang Paul and I built the frame and attached it to the wall, I used L brackets on the feet to level the track, worked quite well. I used dressed timber for the frames, looks better than rough sawn, used 18mm mdf board for the top. This was getting exciting, while all this was going on, the clean out of all the junk and stuff continued, and I threw a lot of goodies away as I doubt I would ever use them. Bugger threw that away last week now need some, of to buy more you know how it goes, so more pixs later. We have racing tonight at sandfly and now ive got the 1/8th mile finished TJets at 13.8 volts, should be a blast, as well as all the other classes we race.
