Looks like you are adding some scenery to your track, looks good. Thanks to the sponsors for adding some excitement to the race. Always interesting to see your cars come back with more than they left with. Yep one little piece at a time ,thank you. Cozee has some really cool pearles and participation stickers coming as well

Well its Friday here, cant wait to start getting results, looks like a good turn out, awesome pit facilities for the drivers and crew, just need to make sure drivers have had some race fuel before the start to settle the nerves.

Gnome My hauler left today. Expected arrival is Wednesday. Things got really busy and I didn't get the time I wanted for building and tuning. My first shot at building a Tjet. Learned a lot and have some ideas on the next ones I build. I agree with Dave on leaving it at 18V if you have another race with no traction mags. It was fun trying to get them down the track. I finally settled for a little slower but more consistent set up. I started with a blown motor and when it got down the track it ran ok ? I think ? My best 1/8 mile was .660 it was one of those runs where you can read the name on the car from both sides if it didn't shake its guts out. It was on its roof more than not. So I put a injected motor in and it was still pretty violent but a little more consistent. The best 1/8 mile was .850 still could read the name on both sides on the car but didn't crash as much. If I cleaned the tires it would go into a violent tire shake. If he could drive through the shake it would lose some on the E.T. The best was when it would spin the tires like slipping the clutch but not to much and it was a nice smooth pass. Placement of the weight was very critical. My final weight was 28g. My Gasser's best 1/8 mile E.T. was .640 I don't know if that's good or not ?But running on a plastic track can be all different. It's gonna be fun what ever happens. Gnome Thanks for putting on this race. Looking forward to some fun and very exciting side by side racing.
Rick I've been sitting on the mail box every day Rick ,hopefully today . Thought they were here yesterday when I received a box with 2 day priority mail that had been sent on the 29th but they ended up being eagle racing cars for myself. Mail is usually here by 10:30 ,I'll post results asap gnome

Jeff my tracking # says it's out for delivery ? I was getting a little worried. When I checked yesterday it said somewhere in between ? Good Luck to everyone attending. Looking forward to some Wild Racing.

Jealous of the flatty! Dig the R/C rail too. The drag R/Cs go too fast for my eyes to keep up with them. I am also building a portable 1/24 scale 1/4, half of which I will have in my basement as an 1/8. Don't tell the wife but if I can find the right building close to home, I am seriously thinking of setting up a raceway shop so I can have something to do when I retire!! LOL!!!!
