Not sure why only parts are showing up in the Gasser Qualifying on the home page...but they are on the Rewind on Woodward Saturday thread.

Looking good and competitive! My Challenger seemed to run faster than that on my track, although I don't have a timing system. Not that I'm doubting what you posted for times, just interesting is all lol.

Congratulations to EC Bill on qualifying #1 in street jet. They were by far the harder of the 2 classes to get down the track. I could run .01-.03 different times in back to back runs especially with the Dodge as it has a 4 ohm arm in it. Not to surprising that the white Camaro actually qualified better than it ran on my track by a few thousandths despite running at 2 volts less I am sure there was less wheelspin.
My 2 Gassers are nothing special. I did find that the old red tip 14 ohm style armatures ran slightly better than the newer AW 14 ohm arms. Don't ask me why as I have no idea. Both cars were identically prepared and they usually ran side by side just like they did on Gnomes track. They were both about .05-.07 quicker on my track running at 20v which makes sense. The Corvette set
the track record here in both ET and MPH hitting over 19 MPH in .74 secs. That's faster than any stock production out of the box
6 ohm inline.

Thanks for doing this gnome! Sure glad the PotLuck woke up and turned in a respectable qualifying, a little better than home field. The Yellow Truck (Will He Wee Wee) is doing about the same as at home.

Congrats to ECBill on his win in the street jet class and Gnome for making the final. Bill was fairly consistent in an inconsistent class.
