Getting it out of paint always shows where you should have spent more time. It's not perfect but I like it. I know recently we've talked about clear coat. This was painted with createx wicked color (air brush)and dupli color clear (rattle can). I'm not a big fan of the createx wicked color. Although they have nice colors, some colors are a pain to spray for some unknown reason. This orange didn't want to spray at all but it's the color I was after. After color was sprayed I let it sit 24 hours or longer. Then it was time for clear. I've had mixed results with createx paint and this clear. After some experimenting I found a good way to prevent disaster or im just getting lucky not 100 percent. The biggest trick is a mist coat. The less clear you can get on it the better it will work. Let that dry 30 minutes or longer. I think what happens here if a chemical reaction to paint and clear happens. It's contained in the small speckles of clear and doesn't crack up the whole paint job. This car im showing did have a chemical reaction I could bearly see in the speckles. After 30 minutes I gave it two quick coats and 1 good of clear coat. when done I think I see one spot ,but that may be just because I know it's there. I'm definitely happy with it. I don't know if that will work for everyone but I've been getting away with it

The ducks are cool that's for sure.......but the Roadrunner is the coolest! What a great save! Awesome job! I hope we get to see it sitting on top of a chassis sometime.

Cool song Sam!
Someone a little older than myself once educated me on the best Rockabilly car song ever. Once I heard the lyrics at the end, I couldn't stop laughing.
Here's "Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen" with "Hot Rod Lincoln".
