looks like JJ has to eliminate one of his rails in a semi final and Dave gets a bye into the final.

4 Gear Unlimited Semi Final ladder. Dave632 will get a bye since Gnome developed some gear noise. I don't want to run it again. My two FED 's will duke it out for a chance at the Final......what Al said

4 Gear Unlimited Semi Finals
Semi Final 1 Dave632 vs Gnome Dave's Wedge got the Bye into the Final due to Gnome's breakage. Less stress on the gears and he can go all in for the Finals!
Semi Final 2 JJWallace vs JJWallace Team dragsters here. The orange one has been faster all day. Both FED's slow but they are still smooth. No gear issues. Orange FED moves into the Final against Dave632. .4686et to .4870et.

4Gear Unlimited Finals are here. Who's going to take home the bragging rights. JJ's been strong all day but Dave has been consistent as well and has that big top end charge. Here we go.....
Finals JJWallace vs Dave632
What a great race! It could not have been scripted any better than that. The orange FED leads out past 660' and blows the gears just before the speed trap. Dave's Wedge flies by to snatch the win and top honors! That was pretty cool!.5621et to .5736et.

WOW!! WOW!! That was some intense racing for the last two days! All the gear carnage today was crazy. Track grip plus fast cars equals shredded gears. I greatly appreciate everybody sending your cars. There has been no damage that can't easily be repaired and we can all learn from this stuff for the next time. A lot of fast cars today in both Classes. I was going to run the remaining Match races, but it's been a long day and I will run them tomorrow with the Outlaw races. The Outlaw Lists posted on Page 1 of this thread reflect the cars that did not show up for this meeting. I will repost those Lists tomorrow before we start. Thank you everybody for all the good words throughout the event! It is appreciated! See ya'll in the morning.

I don't know how you'll get any sleep with all this loud music playing ha ha. What a great time. Champagne popping for the winners.
Big thanks to Jeff for hosting the event.
Jeff i know you still have alot to get done but if you can squeeze in another pass down the strip. I wouldn't mind if you ran my 4g unlimited one more time. It be cool to have two times to look at. Maybe I can get Al to race me. Our times were almost identical lol.
I'm headed up to the store anyone need anything...
