A very large thanks to Jeff for a terrific race meeting. You must need a rest now  . Also thanks to all the sponsors and the other entrants as we are all needed to make the meeting a success. I am in agreement with the other guys, although I have now got the top spot in PSO, the top racers should always be there to give us the encouragement to try just that little more. I am not sure how long I will be there as that 55 Chevy of Dave’s looks to be coming up fast already.  |

Vince we missed you. I believe that the competition makes us better. Guys like you not competing I thinks hurts us ? The guys that are running good gives us something to shoot for. I think Dave makes us all better because he’s at the top in all classes and he and others set that high standard. Like Al in Super Comp he’s the guy that we are gunning for at the next race😁 Mazda in PSO and Gnome in 4GO. And those guys know that they better improve because everyone is gunning for them next race. I think that trying to figure out how the top guys are going fast is the fun of it. So hope to see you back competing to help make us all better. Rick Well said Rick! |

OK I've had some time to catch my breath. What a great weekend of racing. I am very pleased with the Classes that were run. Thanks to all that had good words. It was 4 long days and now the real work of dividing prizes and packing up the cars begins. Please allow me a few days to get all of this done. I'm pretty picky and takes me that long to do it.
My biggest appreciation goes to those that sponsored this race!

Thank you guys so much!!
I also want to thank Sam Beckworth and Nitroslots for giving us this platform to play on!
There is also a Best in Show that still needs to be awarded. I will be doing that before the end of the day!
Thank you also to all that entered the race and trusted me with your cars! Without all of you there obviously would not be a race! Proxy Drag Racing is not a perfect science, but we do our level best to make it fair and enjoyable. I will post Best in Show soon.....

There were a LOT of great looking cars to choose from. It was not an easy decision. There was a whole stable of custom Topolino's...some Ford's...some Chevy's...Dragsters...etc. But that car was a standout from the moment I pulled it out of the box. It is well deserved! |

Hey Vince, Sam here. I have to agree with the guys. Im new and haven't even got a shark pool car together yet.
You shouldn't feel your not giving us a chance. By racing you are giving us a chance. Even if we're not in the top 5 or even make the list at all , it is fun and exciting trying to get in there. As far as I can tell we're all friends here so it is nice to say I didn't win but my friend did ha ha ha. I respect your decision on what ever you decide but I'd like to see yha on the list. Im trying to get a shark pool car together for the next meet.
Good pick on the best -n- show Jeff. I just can't seem to get Alice Cooper song black widow out of my head now lol.
