Way to go Gnome and Al Pink !! Both outstanding performances. You guys are going to be hard to beat. Love it !! Gnome you should have your beautiful red dragster run double duty ? That thing will give the 4G unlimitedâs a run for there moneyđ Only if you have parts left after 4G Super Comp eliminationâs of coarse. A lot of good looking fast cars. Good Luck Everybody. Jeff have fun !!

That's it for the night. Things got rolling a little slow today but I ended up where I wanted to be. I will be posting earlier tomorrow for those that are following closely. We have two Classes of well built strong cars with a couple of stand outs in each group. Anything can happen in racing we all know that. Going to start the day with Inline SC since it will be the hardest and see where we end up. Maybe some Match races after that.....Unlimiteds?? Till tomorrow.........

Congratulations Gnome and Al on your TQs, nice going. Gnome, the chassis in my 4G Altered came out of the Jungle Jim car that was on top of the 4G Outlaw list cars, and you were able to beat that with a very heavy body, nice going. Al I think you won the last Inline Pro Mod we held at my track nice job.

Congratulations to the top qualifiers. Dang we make some nice looking cars when there grouped together.
Finistauri a bit of weight for your inline you say. Looks like we can tape mine on top of yours and will send it in as a team racer lol.

Wow! What a great field. Congrats to Gnome and Al - great performances.
Delighted - and very surprised - to be near the business-end of qualifying... and with a 4-Gear!!! Shame about detonating the gearbox in the Nissan... but thatâs drag racing.
Thanks for hosting Jeff! Looking forward to the weekend.

To all my friends who share the bottom half of the qualifying sheet with me. Be not discouraged. I remember my first year of full scale drag racing, 1962. I had a 1958 Edsel and I raced the whole summer and never even won one round of eliminations. The following year with the help of some older and much wiser racers, I was able to turn things around and had a lot of success locally. I am starting to get a handle on the pancakes, but I have a lot to learn about the inlines. We are blessed with the seasoned racers that are on this forum. There is a wealth of knowledge here, and everyone seems more than happy to share. Forgive my spelling, I went to public school. Of course this is just my humble opinion.

Winning is great but this is all about the fun and the competition! The Qualifying order can be a bit deceiving in that ALL of these cars are well built. So many factors come into play with proxy racing. The cars can take abuse in the mail...temperature....humidity.....different track....power supplies.....they all can play a part in any given cars performance. So no one should be discouraged. We are all willing to help anyone with tuning and set up or how to prepare for a given track. We are blessed to have Nitroslots as a way of competing against each other. I personally do not have a local venue to go to for live racing. But with all of that being said......I also understand that proxy racing of any kind is not pleasing to some. Thanks to everyone that entered and sent cars!
