Yeah Dave you had helped me out with my braids. That was inline S/S, same one I sent for this last event.
I shoulda put a new endbell in it, brushes were well broken in at the full advanced setting. Running as is with neutral timing
probably gave me less brush contact.
In 2017 Spring Nats, Dave helped me out with the braids and then I beat my Mentor in the final that day.
Dave has always been generous in sharing speed tips.
That race in 2017 was the last time I raced up till now. Family and personal health issues were out of control in our house.
My youngest son, he's 46, had colon cancer and had his colon removed and went thru a couple years of chemo.
I have Crohn's disease, I kept having flare ups in 2017 - 2019 but am in much better shape .
Greg is cancer free, and is also doing much better.
