Congratulations Steve that car was in a class of its own. Outstanding job Bill for runner up. Some more really good racing.

loved seeing a hole shot win! the fans go crazy for that stuff.

The excitement is building. The 4 Gear Unlimited.....the Nitro of Nitroslots is getting ready to fire up and make passes! Track power has been turned up to 26v, track is clean, and we are ready to go. 19 names w/car numbers were written on equal size pieces of paper and put into a hat. They were then drawn out one at a time and placed on the ladder. First populating the left side 1 thru 9 from top to bottom and then the right side from top to bottom. Unfortunately due to the number of cars there will be 3 cars that will have to make 1 extra pass.....that is if they make it to the Final. These builds have become increasingly more durable but due to the speeds that durability is still not a given. The ladder placement and car description are posted below and the Prelim Round 1 Ladder below that. Good luck everybody!!

Jeff, The track is running great. Historically, my cars slow down at Bear Creek. Always thought it was do to rail differences from my plastic track. With the new power supplies, the speeds are improved vs the home track. Kiw and the Falcon are the exceptions. I’m betting Kiwi’s problem is pickup shoes adjustment. It seems to be hyper critical on that car. If not that, its probably tire rub. She sits a bit loose on the body. Braids are likely the issue on the Falcon. GREAT RACING! Bill I looked closely at the pick ups and they look right on. No tire rub either. Plenty of clearance. Man I don't know. Maybe you can let me know when it gets back home. Congrats on marching through the field and making it to the Finals with the Cuda! |

Time for a short break for some track prep, random drawing for ladder placement, print the ladder, and fill it out before I run 4 Gear Unlimited. Also need to recharge my batteries and get my eyeballs straight again.
I will be back shortly......
You guys need to put those builds up for the next Kiwi Challenge!
I'm serious guys....I want that crown! 
I took some extra time building these just for the Kiwi guys, the Snap-on car didn't run all that good at my first outing, but it's ready for them now! |

I don't want to to see them break but it is Unlimited....there is going to be breakage. It will be gears. I don't think we will see anything worse than that. But sometimes it can be spectacular!  |

I forgot to do the 4 Gear Stock Finals  which pi$$es me off but it's too late now. I will get this one. I will not post every video though....only the ones worth seeing and Finals. |
