Sam is doing an awesome job! The video make it feel like you're there live watching, instead of hearing about it you get to see it all go down.

I've been enjoying the video to, well not the part where Steve gives me a good long hard look at his tail lights but the rest of it. I will be working on getting the spot back,that was an extremely low et congratulations and well earned Steve.

They gave me a bus ticket 🎟 🤪 looks like will see my Camaro on the Outlaw Show.

I am not complaining or anything, I love doing this! I understand it seems it takes along time to report. We are over a week already lol. Just to give an idea, I have 12 hours nonstop in the 3gear list race. Racing, video, edit, and report.
I personally prefer this style so we can see the cars race. As long as everyone is ok on the time it takes me, I will do this for the race's here.
I do have a couple racers that would like mailed back. I did not get this done today, passed out after 3gear list. I think I'm going to hold off racing tonight and get back to it after work tomorrow.
For tonight, I'll get racers headed out ready and catch up on some pictures and info in the saved sections in here.
Remember it's Summer Slam...

Bill it takes time doing the editing. Just take 2.4. Each driver gets 30 seconds on screen. 30 seconds is about 5 minetes of film. 26 cars, Sam walked up and down the track 52 times. Qualifying alone is two hours+ of film, reduced into a 10 minet clip. It took about 8 hours just to do qualifying.
For future Summer Slam events, planning of content, policy and most important Time are all being noted.
If it means anything , many people are seeing slot car drag racing for the first time. I feel its worth the effort.
I get it , I fell asleep tonight waiting for the next one and found out this when I woke up
SUMMER SLAM 2023/ Update
Sam is taking care of Race Office duties tonight and catching up on messages and communications. I just found out the saved spots are for filling still shots relating to the video. Sam is working on that production.
Racing will resume tomorrow night and video ASAP

Sam found how that Bus ticket "Sparks 🎟 got for me 🤪" Worked. What a Drive ,Transporting Inmates to Cleveland.Inmate bus driver just dropped me of at the Alley-Ratz Camp 🏕 Sit. If i didn't have the Sparks Get out of Jail Card 🎟 Charlie was going to Drive The Outlaw Dolly 😁 Attachments:

Sam is doing a great job and I appreciate that it takes a lot of time energy and dedication to put on a production like this. It was in reference to the fact that I only had one Jag car that was race worthy at my shipping deadline. Another one was decent but in a dragster body and I thought we were not running dragsters this time. That one has the wheelie bar mounted to the body. Changing to a car body would have required a new wheelie bar that would prevent that chassis from going back into the dragster body. Didn’t feel there was enough time to fool with it. In Sam’s post, it sounded like Jag cars were still coming in, which meant that there was plenty of time…… |
