Nice work skillet. Gonna try cramming a P3 in one of those shortly. If I manage to do so would it qualify for a DR1 race?

Nah for this race you will have to use the DR1. Adam has the build/race rules on the first page first post. Many things you can do to the car. I to was looking what other chassis could work with the dragster body. Maybe in the future we can have a race where the chassis rules are open using the dragster.

JW you could probably send it in for a time trial run if Adam will have time

Disassembled Sam, How’d you get the driver/interior out? Mine was glued in so well that I nearly split the body trying to get it out.

I had one literally fall out. But if they applied too much glue on the front of the canopy, it leaks down onto the 2 protruding points of the driver piece.

No worries, after looking over the rules, seems I violate bunch of rules lol. By the way, why no lexan bodies and does that mean no vacuum formed bodies? Also why no Neo motor mags? oops, never mind the questions, don't want to clutter thread.

It's a pain Bill... you have to work the pit off ... takes a minimum of an hour... 3 hours getting the second one apart...third one I lost one of the ears on the pit
Front has to come loose first... then it looks like one side of the pit is glued good... get the other side loose first... just watch TV then and press and poke and it will come out... takes way to long. Think I'll save the front pin and one ear tab and just glue when I pit it back on... I got 4 apart so far, 1 got the ear broke... you'd have to pay to get these things apart lmaooooo

JW majority of the rule settings where in place before we came in... we just use them off the grid of rules and classes

I followed Sams lead and trimmed my body for a better fit. Chassis sits down into the body more now.
