That's right you heard it. The 2024 Ice Drags are going to be held at IT's raceways on February 23rd 24th and 25th. What are we going to run you ask? We are going to send the new DR1 dragsters down the track in super stock trim and also stock tjets. 2 cars max per racer per class. We will also hold list racing. More info to follow but I wanted to give everyone a heads up so they can get to building and painting.
DR1 super stock will run at 20 volts.
DR1 super stock rules are as follows.
DR1 chassis only.
6 ohm arm minimum.
No custom winds.
Braids and shunts allowed.
Polymer grade motor magnets. No neos.
2 traction magnets in stock location. Chassis may be cut to lower magnets.
Wheelie bars allowed if not using pick up magnets. One or the other not both.
Any gearing.
Rear tires max .610. No silly foams.
Dragster body only. No door cars. No lexan.
Stock Tjet will run at 18 volts.
Stock Tjet rules are as follows.
14 ohm arm minimum. No custom winds no blueprinting no balancing.
Ceramic grade motor magnets. Dash killer bees and os3 red and blue allowed.
Stock electronics. No braids or shunts.
2 traction magnets in "stock" location only.
Any gearing.
Rear tire max size .510.
No cutting the chassis except for adding wheelie bars.
Any body. No lexan.
List racing will also be held. PSO and 4GO. 1 car per racer. Comp rules for each class.

Timing by trackmate drag pro 3000
15' 7.5" timed section with 60' 330' finish and speed sensors with 6 foot of shutdown.
Powered by 2 30 volt 10 amp power supplies with both lanes being triggered from 1 switch.
Please include with cars a note with your name and address (screen name also) . A phone number if possible. Any special return information. A small description of cars being sent with what class they belong. A name for car if any. Cost to race is cost of return shipping. Include with cars or I have PayPal ff if needed.
