Can't wait to see it built up! I still need to get some pictures of mine. Details details......
One of my keys was a little tight and wouldn't make electrical contact, so I loosened it up by sliding it in and out a few times. The rest was a piece of cake!

Did you get continous rail? It will be a while before I'm up and running. I am going to make a stand alone table and wanna set up a diorama type model raceway so we will see haha. I got my budget timing system too. sucks it has to run on windows 98.

Here's a real bonus for us routed track fans. It looks like www.SlotCarsInc.com has posted their Race Tracks on their website! <http://slotcarsinc.com/HO%20CLOSED%20COURSE.htm> I have one of their Dragstrips and it's top quality. As nice as anything I've seen in 40 years of slotcar collecting and racing. The prices for their race tracks are very affordable. I can see it now, my 1/8 mile dragstrip setting right next to my 4 x12 high speed oval! I have an idea for a 5 x 12 table that is really heavy duty, inexpensive and mobile, using old industrial shelving. I built a workbench like this and always wanted to make a track table the same way. I'm very challenged with a camera but this is a project I'll get some pictures of. Tjet Tony

Looks like www.SlotCarsInc.com has posted a Customers Track page. Looks pretty cool. I guess if you have one of their tracks you should contact them about adding your track! Tony

I have a question about the rail. On their continuous rail tracks. Does the owner have to lay down the rail?

I have a question about the rail. On their continuous rail tracks. Does the owner have to lay down the rail? You have to lay the rail regardless. Especially with the continuois as it can be over 16' long. But it's a piece of cake to lay. It just slides in a grove and that's it.

Their rails are really cool they are round and slid in from the end, into a round groove only the top 1/4 of the rail is exposed. coolest set up I've ever seen. Kevin

Ok are there any pics of the finished products to post? Also was the service good and reliable? i am thinking about buying a oval to do some dirt racing on. I have a small road course and a 12' dragstrip. I love them. I bought mine direct and have had no issues. I have heard of some slow delivery. But that seems to be from dealers. From my experience I don't think you can go wrong. I started with the dragstrip and them bought an oval when they released them. I have slowly added to the oval and now have a road course. Dirt racing on these sounds pretty cool. I think you can even get custom colors. Maybe they can do one in Mud for you!....lol They have some dragstrips pictures posted on their website. I have pictures of mine but they are still in my camera. I can't seem to download them to my computer. Tjet
