I am up for a gasser race. As for the rules for the N/PS just use the rat rod rules and chage the chassie, slip on tires and body rules. For the ALTERDS are we just running the gasser rules or did I miss a posting somewhere?

Gasser chassis rules for Altered. As fun as pulling traction magnets off and laying down some vaseline sounds! I have to say........ save those thoughts for next year at the Florida race. Good luck with that Phil. I say nobody crosses the line on their wheels .

Sam,
It's all good! The more races, the better. Count me in for whatever rules you want to run and whenever you want to schedule the race.
It's going to be really interesting to see how the Aurora vs. JL chassis perform in NPS/Rat Rod trim -- I think the electrics and gearplates are better on Aurora, but the JL could have the advantage with a 15-ohm arm. Is the trick setup gonna be a 9-tooth or 12-tooth Aurora, or maybe a JL or Aurora with a 14-tooth pinion? Wow, this is going to be fun!
Cheers, Rick V.

Well it looks like the cars and volt deal is done. I like having a RAT ROD and GASSER RACE in OCT. and the other race in JAN. That should help all of us get cars builded.

Here is a Altered that Kdog had customized and I made a resin copy of it. I did chop the roof up from his original master. I will have these available soon. Cost to you? Nothing if you are entered in the Monster Bash race and will be running the Winter N/PS, Altered & MM/PS Nationals in January. Just let me know that you want one. I will tell you they are extremely light and are perfect for racing in the Altered class. Another plus is that you don't have the divorced axle set up which only adds more weight. Great thinking Kdog! Of course now it could be too light and might just flop down the track ;D Rough mock up. Still some flashing material that needs removed.
