This is a wheel that I designed using CAD program. I then sent it to my 3D printer and this is the result. It came out over sized because I forgot to scale it down..... .....It worked out good..... ....for this update. The wheel is .265 width. I used a clear plastic that came with the printer to practice with.

Thanks Cordell for thumbs up, this 3D printing is very hard. It looks easy on video but, it is not. Lots and lots of mistakes but when it works it is awesome!

Skimmed over the print (bad habit when pics are posted), and started making list of wheel sizes. I'll hold on to it till the all clear ! Looking good, Rob ! ............. Peter

Looks really good. The tire sizes could be end less in height and width if you really wanted.

Does it only do plastic cuts or can you also do metal?

It only does plastic no metal. Yes, wheel design is wide open now.

Jeff it takes about 2 minutes to do wheels of that size. The diameter is .370 for the ho wheel pictured. I am able to design any size wheel now. I am now looking to do fronts next.

Sam all I have to do is design them in Autodesk..... ;)that sounds a lot easier than it really is.... . I am still learning the program but getting better everyday.
