Hello Peter, yes production is open. The racer can now spec out wheel OD and width to go with custom tire. No more cutting or grinding down AW wheels. I can also do wheels for slip-on's.

Finally finished my 57 Chevy. This one features narrowed silly foam tires on rear and o-rings on front. The wheels are 3D printed 5 spoke directional front and rear. The paint is silver metal flake where the chrome would be with silver pearl and dark blue. I finished it with dark blue flames and clear.

How much room do you need for foam from OD ? Or how low of a profile can tire be ? ....... Peter

Thanks guys for kind words and those giving thumbs up! Now to decide the next project. I have cast around 6 new bodies that I have not listed yet on my web site. I think I will do one of those. It is a 69 Ford Torino.

Peter .150 should work I have done .165 in silly foam. How low can I go? Since I am not locked into a factory or third party wheel that is not a real problem. I can change the wheel OD to give me more foam to work with and still have a small OD tire.

Thanks Rob , been playing around with sizes..... switched from sili-foam to slip-on w/gassers because of size........ have to measure some things........ Be in touch....... Peter

Thought I would share a couple new wheel designs. These are my version of a Centerline and Slotted Mag wheel. These were designed using Autodesk and printed on our 3D printer.

Really liking those wheel designs, you have a great list of custom parts that keeps on growing. I plan on getting a list together for an order of your Eagle Racing parts for my 2015 builds.

Went to Eagles Shop yesterday to do some A/C maintenance and what Tom just said is very accurate. Your list of parts is growing for sure. That's cool! The new designs are looking real good. My favorite to this point is the 5 spoke, but they are ALL very nice. One other VERY appealing thing is they can be custom sized to tuck some silly foams......gotta love that. Also saw some new bodies that are out of the molds now. Two in particular will be on my desk before long. Great work cuzzo.
