Updated my website and listed chassis price with unfinished body, motor of choice 2,3,4,5, and 6 ohm available, 8T pinion with crown gear, lead wire, braid and of course the carbon fiber chassis with Neo52 adjustable traction magnets. The price is $45 with free shipping in USA.
I am trying to keep the price down. I will be showing some test results with ETs real soon.

They are a ton of fun and with the adjustable wheel base fit just about any bodies in 1/64 scale.

I am always looking for ways to improve a race car. Although some of the improvements require some testing to verify they work. Here are a couple ideas, one for sure works the other will require some testing. In the first pic I have made a brass sleeve for an 8T factory pinion. The sleeve fits the N20 motor perfect, just bond with black Loctite 380. I make a 8T resin pinion that works, but they will not last as long as a factory pinion. As resins improve that may change. The second pic is a set of resin bushing on a Viper axle. I will be testing these in one of my Carbon Fiber chassis setups. Always looking for ways to improve.

Very cool! I've read where the Lifelike pinions are supposed to fit the N20 motor shafts. I know Terry carries them on his site but can't remember the tooth count.

Thank you! True, Terry does carry the Lifelike pinion. It is a 7T pinion. That I know of nobody makes an 8T pinion except my 3D resin pinion for the N20 1mm shaft motor. I also make a 9T 3D resin pinion for the 1mm shaft. They are however not as durable as the factory plastic ones.

As I said always looking for ways to improve. Once I started testing the resin bearing I decided I did not like it. So I went in a different direction. Here is a photo of new pillow block design featuring a brass bushing. This design still allows the axle to be snapped in and out.
