110 or 120 VAC converted to DC with bridge rectifiers, (you would need some high power rectifiers), and filters would immediately smoke any motor we have.
I would not suggest it.

Was looking for thread last night but didn't find. Remember whoever it was doing this was hitting cars with what seemed crazy voltages. And parts were more of a problem than regular melt downs. Which were, ......regular.
